Enrolling at Carey

Students enrolled at Carey Baptist College are from diverse cultural backgrounds, spanning a variety of suburbs within the metropolitan area.

Over the past few years, residential developments have expanded to areas close to the College, resulting in substantial increase in applications for placement. Early application will increase the likelihood of securing a place at the College.

When vacancies are available, enrolments are processed and places offered, according to the date of receipt of the Application Form. Sibling priority, if applicable, applies as follows:

  • Families who apply for enrolment into Primary School years will receive Primary sibling priority
  • Families who apply for their eldest child to enter at Year 7 or 8 level will gain Middle & Senior sibling priority

Parents wishing to enrol a student at the College are advised to use the official Application Form available in the College Information Pack or for download below. On receipt of the Application Form and $50 application fee, student names are entered on a waiting list.

Major Intake Years

  • Kindergarten
  • Year 7
  • Year 8

Applications for entry in other years are welcome, however placement is dependant on available vacancies.
